Challenge
Pharmaceutical production sets the highest quality bar. It was not enough to read the code: the pack itself had to be checked — blister integrity and the presence of every tablet.
Solution
We deployed the PPKVision machine-vision module and trained the neural network to spot the slightest deviation from the reference at high speed. The camera checks not only DataMatrix readability but the geometry of the pack itself.
Result
Inspection is 100% automatic: no more sorting rejects by hand, a pneumatic pusher knocks any blister with a print or packaging defect into the bin. Every event goes into the log.
