Chestny Znak marking stations by industry
Eight industries where our station is already running. A station is built for a specific line: speed, packaging material, whether code inspection and aggregation are needed. Most industries have videos from lines. Your industry is not listed — describe the product in an enquiry, and an engineer will tell you what to mark it with and how.

Household chemicals
Household chemicals and cosmetics are marked with a DataMatrix on every unit right on the line: a UV laser for plastic bottles and tubes, a fibre laser for painted caps. A camera checks every code, an item with an unreadable code leaves the belt, data goes to 1C.
What we install: UV laser for plastics and tubes

Beverages
We mark a DataMatrix on the bottle, cap or film at filling speed, a camera checks every code, rejects are removed before the case, data goes to 1C. Installation in a planned window.
What we install: In-line marking

Nappies
A UV laser marks the DataMatrix directly on the film with minimal heat on the material. The flow is split between three packing posts, so the line does not slow down for marking. In the flexible-packaging video a code goes onto a bag in 0.35 seconds.
What we install: 355 nm UV laser

Window profile
Synchronised with a variable extruder speed. The solution was rolled out across the whole plant.
What we install: Sync with variable speed

Pharmaceuticals
The camera checks both DataMatrix readability and the pack itself — blister integrity and the presence of every tablet. A pneumatic pusher removes a defective blister from the belt: the operator does not sort rejects by hand.
What we install: PPKVision machine vision

Pipelines
No equivalent on the market. Tape unwinding engraving automatic cutting. Designed in our own workshop.
What we install: Fibre laser for metal

Sealants
The code is applied while the item moves, the camera reads it off the cylindrical surface and defects leave the belt on their own. Output speed stays at its normal rate.
What we install: Marking a cylinder on the move

Plastic packaging
The module arrives on site assembled and tested. On a 24/7 plant the station was installed during a planned shift change — the line did not stand beyond the norm.
What we install: A compact unit above the conveyor

Let us scope your line
Only name and phone are required — an engineer takes it from there. You get the station layout, equipment list and price range. Free, within a working day.
Line and equipment already in place, only software needed? PPKLink is sold separately
