What a marking station costs

There is no single price: a station is built for the line. Equipment from the open catalogue — from RUB 95,000 (inspection camera) to RUB 590,000 (marking line); the project, tooling and installation are calculated at a free audit.

Hardware: four items and the order of figures

Prices from the PPK LASER group catalogue (ppk-laser.com), made-to-order column, checked 07.09.2026. In-stock items cost more — hence “from”. Aggregation is a PPKmark ballpark for a typical unit.

Marking line

Marking built into a production line: UV, fibre or CO₂ laser — chosen for the material and the packing conditions.

from RUB 590,000

Marking automation

A solution for an existing plant: selecting and integrating a laser, tooling or measuring modules.

from RUB 290,000

Machine vision

A camera checking the code and the pack: DataMatrix readability and reject handling with no operator.

from RUB 95,000

Aggregation

Box and pallet building: reading the codes inside, the SSCC box code, label printing and handing the pack contents to 1C.

from ₽350,000

What drives the price

Why there is no single price

Four things move the bill most. The audit works them out.

Line speed

It decides both the type of laser and whether the camera can check every code. On a fast line everything costs more.

Material and packaging

Plastic, a painted cap, tinplate, film, profile — each material needs its own source. Round packaging costs more than flat.

Whether inspection is needed

Verifying every code and rejecting automatically means a camera, a pneumatic pusher and room on the line for both.

Aggregation and 1C

Boxes and pallets, label printing, exchange with 1C and Chestny Znak — a separate layer of work, and not everyone needs it.

Turnkey

What is paid for beyond the hardware

What the equipment price does not show.

Design for your line

Measurements, the station layout, and the choice of equipment and rigs for your speed and packaging.

Rigs from our own workshop

We make the mounts and any non-standard units ourselves — no waiting on a supplier and no bending the line to fit an off-the-shelf bracket.

Installation in a planned window

We arrive with an assembled, tested module. The line stands idle no longer than planned.

Software and training

PPKLink is our own product and is part of the project. We train the shift: the operator runs it, not an engineer.

Straight up

What you will not find here

There is no ready turnkey station price here: it is made up of the four points above, and they differ for every line. The audit is free — from a description of the line an engineer gives the station layout and a price range.

Price questions

Answers before the call

Is the catalogue price the price of the whole station?

No. The catalogue price covers the equipment and its basic integration: a laser, machine vision or an aggregation unit. A turnkey station also includes design for your line, tooling from our own workshop, installation during a planned window, the software and shift training. We calculate the scope and the amount during the audit.

Why is there no fixed price for a turnkey station?

We build the station around your line: speed, packaging material, whether code inspection and aggregation are required. Every plant has its own combination of these four, so the amount is its own too. We check this during the audit.

Do installation and tooling come with the catalogue price?

No, that is separate work. The catalogue price covers equipment and its integration. Tooling for your line, installation during a planned window and shift training are calculated separately, as part of the turnkey station.

Are prices shown with or without VAT?

We work both with and without VAT. How to issue the invoice to your organisation is decided during the estimate, before signing: it affects the final amount, and offers only compare in one and the same basis.

What is needed to get an exact amount?

Tell us about the line: the product and its surface, where the code goes, the speed. An engineer then works out the scope of the station and the order of figures — free of charge, within one working day.

Station quote

Let us scope your line

Only name and phone are required — an engineer takes it from there. You get the station layout, equipment list and price range. Free, within a working day.

Line and equipment already in place, only software needed? PPKLink is sold separately

An engineer answers, not a sales rep: one short call is usually enough to scope the station.
We will send the station scope and the order of figures by email.
