A pipeline marking machine designed from scratch
Case from the Pipelines industry. The client got a fully automated system with no analogues.

Challenge
The customer needed reliable marking of industrial pipelines. No serial machine on the market can unwind a coil of steel tape, apply variable data and cut tags to the required length automatically.
Solution
Our engineering department designed the machine from scratch: unwinding, feeding and guillotine cutting of rigid stainless steel tape. We integrated a powerful fibre laser for deep metal engraving and implemented the logic on an industrial JCZ controller.
Result
The customer got a fully automated machine with no equivalent on the market. It pulls data from the database, engraves it on steel tape and cuts the finished tag to the millimetre.
