Plastic packaging: installed during a shift change at a 24/7 plant

Case from the Plastic packaging industry. The marking station was installed within hours during a planned shift change.

Modular marking unit on the packaging line

Challenge

The plant ran 24/7 and stopping the line was very expensive. The Chestny Znak equipment had to be built in within a very tight deadline and without touching the mechanics of the existing conveyor.

Solution

We did detailed pre-project engineering. All tooling was assembled and tested at our own site. We arrived at the customer's plant with a finished modular solution.

Result

The marking station was installed in a matter of hours during a scheduled shift change. The customer's line did not stand idle for a minute beyond the norm. Stable high-speed operation with full print-quality control.
