Sealant tubes: coding on the fly on round packaging
Case from the Sealants industry. Speed is kept: the line runs at its normal rate.

Challenge
A sealant manufacturer needed to introduce Chestny Znak marking without slowing current output. The main difficulty was the container (a round tube) and the need to mark the code on the fly, without stops.
Solution
We built a station that marks products in motion. A high-speed laser and a vision system that reads DataMatrix off a cylindrical surface on the fly, with PPKLink integrated into the plant's 1C.
Result
Speed is kept: the line runs at its normal rate. The system marks the code itself, checks its readability and instantly rejects tubes with print defects. Data on marked and rejected codes goes to 1C automatically.
