Window profile coded by line signal (Tyumen)
Case from the Window profile industry: what the plant needed, what we installed and what came out of it.

Challenge
Mark the profile on a line signal. The difficulty is the variable extruder speed: timer-based marking drifts and the code wanders away from its place.
Solution
Synchronisation by sensor and line speed: measuring rollers read the actual web speed, and the laser unit above the conveyor fires at exactly the right moment, with no misses and no drift. The plant layout was left untouched — the unit sits above the existing conveyor.
Result
Repeatable marking with no manual steps: the operator does not take part, and the code lands in the same place on every profile regardless of extruder speed. The solution was rolled out across the whole plant — 9 lines for one customer.
